You can upgrade STAs (table COMPUTERS, p.16) with special STA-Scanners (HARDWARE-UPGRADES same table). There are 4 type of scanners and the Störsender for STAs (5 Hardware-Upgrades). The HUD can use the same Upgrades like the STA (max.5 - so you can upgrade your HUD with all 4 scanners + Störsender).
